Hotel Martin - the first private hotel in Chepelare which was opened in February 1995. The owners of the hotel Juliana and Irin Pashalievi are ex-champions in downhill alpine skiing, members of the Bulgarian National Alpine Ski Team.

The family hotel is open all the year round and the owners and the staff do their best so that the guests feel simply at home.

The menu of the restaurant consists mainly of typical Rhodope dishes and Bulgarian traditional dishes.

Here you can try the Rhodope staffed cabbage leaves – “Aprazi”, patatnik, Rhodope clin, marudnizi and tenurki, delicious smiljan beans soup.
Many homemade jams – blueberries, wild strawberries, blackberries and raspberries picked from the ecologically clean forests nearby are on offer for the visitors.

All herbal teas are served with home-made pine tree honey.

The most exiting dish is the Rhodope lamb roasted on a spit accompanied by the bagpipe sound of the so called Rhodope Caba gaida.
